One Local Trifecta
Now that we're getting in the habit, we'd have to make an effort not to eat locally. (Just kidding. We still eat out at least once a week.) However, all three meals today were locally delicious, and I wasn't really...

I enjoyed the link list. I'm new to trying to buy local - but I'm learning a lot. Thanks for the tips on your blog.
BTW, I love Verrill Farm. Are you getting your eggs and chickens from Pete and Jen's Backyard Birds (next to Verrill)? That has been the BEST local find of the summer for our family. Thanks - Chris

Cool, another Verrill appreciator! I do buy our milk and eggs at Verrill, but the milk comes from Shaw Farm (Dracut) and the eggs from Chip-In (Bedford).
I had no idea there were chickens available next door! Where exactly is the chicken sold? Down by Mahoney's? If you know of local pork, that would be a terrific tip, too.
